Equity for English Language Learners in Massachusetts

A coalition of students, educators, and education policy experts supports a new bill that would increase educational opportunities for English language learners in Massachusetts schools. With petitions delivered to the Statehouse on Monday, March 17, we urge the Joint Education Committee to recommend the bill to the Legislature for passage. It will allow the state to finally give all students, including our fastest-growing population of public school learners, ELLs, the educational options and equity they all deserve.
